The guys (and Tiffany) and I have been hard at it chasing sponsorship for the club and we caught enough to make a pretty solid payout for the 3 races on the schedule.
MIR:
Royce and I have agreed to the following schedule and payout structure for both the May 16-17th and September 26-27th races at MIR:
Friday
· Early Bird Testing 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM – $200 each car.
· Chip Draw for qualifying order & lane assignment 6:00 PM (see attached 2025 qualifying sheet example document for procedure)
· 1st Qualifier @ 7:00 PM
· 2nd Qualifier @ 9:00 PM
Saturday
· 3rd Qualifier @ 2:00 PM
· Chip Draw for Round 1 Eliminations at the base of the tower (track side) @ 5:00 PM
· Eliminations:
o RD 1 @ 6:00
o RD 2 @ 8:00
o RD 3 @ 10:00
o Finals @ 11:30
Payout Structure
· 1st round out $1,000
· 2nd round out $1,250
· 3rd round out (semis)$1,500
· Runner-Up $2,500 + $100 Penske certificate
· Winner $6,500 + $150 Penske certificate PLUS a big ass trophy & check
· Last N2O Car Standing Bonus $1,000 by PowerMist Fuels
· Low Qualifier Bonus $500 by NY BOOM Truck
· Race Entry will be $250 at the gate for the Car, Driver and 3 Crew
NEW ENGLAND DRAGWAY:
New England Dragway in Epping, NH has stepped up and made a really nice deal for the club for the July 25-26th “Jet Cars Under the Stars” race. We are hoping to get 10 cars there for an 8-car shootout.
Payout Structure
· 1st round out $1,000
· 2nd round out (semis) $1,500
· Runner-Up $2,000 + $100 Penske certificate
· Winner $5,000 + $150 Penske certificate PLUS a big ass trophy & check
· Last N2O Car Standing Bonus $1,000 By PowerMist Fuels
· Low Qualifier Bonus $ 500 by NY BOOM Truck
· NO entry for the car, driver and 3 crew!!
· Friday night will be either Testing or Qualifying
· Qualifiers #9 and #10 will receive $500 ea or run off after the 1st round of elims for $1,000 winner take all. This will be the choice of the racers to split or run off for the $1,000
SPONSORSHIP $$ / PAYOUTS
We are still seeking more sponsor support and as we find more funding, 100% of it will go to the payout so stay tuned for updates as funding comes in.
Also, we are implementing a performance minimum for full payout. Any entry must make at least 1 run of 3.99 or faster during event qualifying or eliminations to qualify for the full payout amount. If a run of 3.99 or faster is not made the position pay will be cut by 50%. This is to ensure we have a fast and entertaining field of cars. — I feel this is already a favorable payout structure especially when you consider the economical entry fee, and it will only get better as we secure more funding.
The ”Last N2O car standing” Bonus will go to the fastest losing effort should all remaining Nitrous cars be eliminated in the same round.

Eliminations will be a chip draw format with the 1st round draw at the track side of the tower in view of the fans. During the draw I will promote our sponsors on the mic and Tiffany and another person (NEED VOLUNTEERS) will be handing out our sponsors’ promo materials to the crowd. When all chips are drawn, we will announce the pairs and head back to the pits. Royce would prefer that we complete all this in less than 15 minutes to keep the show rolling along. After the 1st round the chip draw can happen in the lanes or pits. I am open to suggestions on this.
The team and I hope to make the NEOPMA the most fan and racer friendly Pro Mod organization in the USA. We are open to any suggestions that might help us accomplish this goal and appreciate all of the sponsor and racer support!!
