NEW Tentative NEOPMA 2020 Coronavirus Schedule

Coronavirus has really screwed up the world so no wonder it did the same to us. Fortunately, our partner tracks and spectators really like us and obviously drag racing. Due to the Corvid 19 virus we have had to make up a new schedule that hopefully will not be changed. Here is what is going on:

GOOD NEWS …DUE TO ADDITIONAL SPONSOR ASSISTANCE WE INCREASED PAY OUTS BY $1,000.00 TO THE WINNERS TOTALING $

6,000.00.
Given the number of new members it is very likely that we will have a consolation race for 4 or more DNQ paying $500-1,000 at no incremental cost to the tracks.

MDIR April 17-19 race postponed to August 21-23
Cecil County May 1-2 race postponed to June 5-6
Maple Grove May 15-16 race postponed to July 11-12
Atco June 20 race cancelled. Looking for replacement track
Maple Grove September 25-27 NHRA “Dutch Classic” cancelled. Looking for replacement track.

NEOPMA Revised 2020 Race Schedule:
June 5-6th Cecil County …Our Opening day with Awards presentations, Live feed, call outs. Probable test sessions on Thursday as well.
June 19-20th Track TBD
July 15-16th Maple Grove Test sessions planned for Thursday and Friday
July 31st August 1st Cecil County
August 21-23 MDIR … Club bar b cue
September 25-27 Track TBD
October 9-10 MDIR Season close with Club bar b cue
