It was formed to provide local Pro-Mod racers the opportunity to provide entertainment for spectators, increase sponsor promotions and advertisement, and help tracks drive more spectator business. 20 years later, our continued success is proven by its longevity and continues performance in this arena.

About: Mark Walker AKA.. “goDragRacing Mark” has spent his whole life from a child up in the Northeast drag racing venues. Mark helped establish the highly recognized goDragRacing.com known for its race reviews and photography. In 2003 Mark began covering the NEOPMA series at Cecil County Dragway while it was flourishing during the popular Saturday Street Car Shootouts. During that time the Pro Modified’s of the NEOPMA series led Mark on a path to great success only because of the amazing action he was able to capture from the NEOPMA racers.
Dennis Quitoni NEOPMA Executive Competition Director
Dennis Quitoni is the Northeast Outlaw Pro mod Association “Neopma” executive competition director. Dennis is responsible for spotting that infraction
to the rules that help to keep the parity between all the power adders.
Dennis is a major team director with his passion for heling provide the racers and fans the most positive race experience through his years of dedication to the sport.
Mel Jones NEOPMA Assistant Race Director
Mel Jones handles the work of getting the racers into the correct lanes for qualifying and eliminations, a very important task for any organization.
Mel is also up in the tower after each round retrieving the run sheets and going through the pits to hand them to the drivers and give them time to prepare for the upcoming rounds.
