The NEOPMA “Northeast Outlaw Pro Mod Association” returns to The “NEW” Capitol Raceway on August 4th-5th to battle it out on the hill. Expect Pro mods to blaze the 1/4 mile pavement of Capitol Raceway with ET’s in the five second zone and 245+MPH FULL QUARTER MILE side by side racing.
