Derrick Townes OK After Pro Mod Crash At NEOPMA Capitol Raceway
Derrick Townes suffered a hair raising crash during his Semi Final elimination round against opponent Tyler Hard. The result would be Tyler Hard’s spectacular nitrous flaming Camaro taking the win 6.00 @ 236 and Derrick Townes making contact with the wall in Hard’s lane right behind him. Both racers were almost dead even from the launch to the 1/8th when Townes (No Time) began moving quickly towards the wall on his side and shooting across the track.
