COME ONE COME ALL TO ONE ONE BIGGEST PRO MOD EVENTS EVER HAD AT MIR.
Hopefully by now most of you may have heard that the NEOPMA is celebrating it’s 31st Anniversary at MARYLAND INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY on April 28-30 with over 31 PRO MODS in two separate classes.
The NEOPMA IS THE LONGEST LASTING PRO MOD ASSOCIATION IN HISTORY. It outlived IHRA, ADRL, XDRL and several other series. Our success criteria is simple ie bring fast, beautiful cars to safe local track at a reasonable cost, pay competitively, treat racers like family and always put on a special note worthy race for the fans and track.
We’re paying out about $45,000 with $31,000 going to the winners and paying down to the 8th car in each field plus $1,000 to the number one qualifiers. Our expectation is to have about 40 plus cars running two 16 car fields and even some grudge races.
PRO MOD drivers come and race with us against many of the fastest cars in the country. Some of the more noted racers are: John Camp, Mike Decker Jr. and Hollywood Decker, Matt Deitsch Jr., Tommy “Undertaker” Gray, Tyler Hard and Kevin McCurdy team, Spencer Hyde, Steve King / Gene Pilot / Jeff Miller “Savage” Corvette team, Dave Norris, Andy Jensen, Joe Newsham, Luis Ouimette, Ken Quartuccio, “Smokey’s Garage” / Scott Wildgust, Dave Texido, Don Tolley, Chuck Ulsch, Derek Ward, and many others!
Spectators! come watch one of the finest PM races at MIR ever on April 28-30. The Pro Mods will come with guns a blazing to win the big purse not to mention the bragging rights. Think of it …MIR, one of the best tracks in the country will be hosting one of the largest, fastest gatherings of Nitrtous, SuperCharged, ProCharged and TurboCharged PM cars ever. Fast , Fantastic fun !!
