The NEOPMA “Northeast Outlaw Pro Mod Association” returns to The “NEW” Capitol Raceway on June 15th and 16th to battle it out on the hill. Expect Pro mods to blaze the 1/4 mile pavement of Capitol Raceway with ET’s in the five second zone and 250+MPH FULL QUARTER MILE side by side racing.
