The NEOPMA “Northeast Outlaw Pro Mod Association returns to The “NEW” Capitol Raceway on August 5th-6th to battle it out on the hill. Expect 20+ Pro mods to blaze the 1/4 mile pavement of Capitol Raceway with ET’s in the five second zone and 245+MPH FULL QUARTER MILE side by side racing.
