Northeast Outlaw Pro Mod Association Releases 2021 NEOPMA Rules

NEOPMA will try to bring some simplicity, commonality and logic to the rules.
As the NEOPMA is relatively new to 1/8 mile racing we blended the best of PDRA, NMCA and MWRA rules and made them simpler. Our rules committee (Andy Jensen turbo, Kevin McCurdy Procharger, Jeff Miller screw blower, Fred Scriba nitrous and me roots … as Chuck Ulsch is going to screw blower) reviewed the other association rules and came up the changes below.

Last year our faster cars were within 2-3 hundredths of a second within each other. Our intent is to continue to maintain parity for 2021.
